In 2017, Our Watch received funding from the Department of Social Services to create the Doing Nothing Does Harm social marketing campaign to promote bystander action against the gendered drivers of violence against women.  To strengthen the impacts of this campaign, Our Watch developed and piloted a one-day bystander training package to support prevention practitioners to implement organisational strategies that promote good-practice bystander action.

While working for First Person Consulting, I led the developmental evaluation of the pilot bystander training, which reported on what worked well and what could be improved in the way the training was developed and implemented.  These learnings as well as evidence of the short-term outcomes of the training were documented in a comprehensive evaluation report.
